Dr Anu George qualified in Medicine from the University of Southampton, where she discovered her passion for General Practice. She trained as a General Practitioner in her home town of Eastbourne and attained postgraduate qualifications in Paediatrics and Gynaecology before gaining membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2004. She is also a member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society. As a GP in Bedford for over 15 years, Dr George has had several leadership roles in General Practice including as a GP Principal and as Associate Medical Director. Her clinical interests include women’s health and skin disorders. She worked as a health screening doctor and Private GP for nearly a decade at BMI the Manor Hospital, Biddenham, Bedford. Outside of work, she takes a keen interest in Performing Arts, especially live classical music and opera. Her sporting interests including playing tennis and keeping fit.

Dr Gurvinder Singh attained his medical degree from the University of Liverpool after completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham. He undertook his General Medical Training in Cambridgeshire and successfully achieved Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom in February 2015. He worked in Addenbrookes Hospital and Peterborough City Hospital as a Clinical Fellow in Oncology before embarking upon his GP training in Huntingdon. After successful completion in his training, he became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in February 2019 and has since worked as a General Practitioner in the NHS across the Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire regions. He also has a specialist interest in Cardiology and works as a GP Cardiologist at the North West Anglia Foundation Trust Hospitals and is a member of the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society
